These pumps are made in thermoplastic technopolymers and are close-coupled with axial hydraulic suction connection directed downward and tangential outlet either free or connected to vertical outlet piping. There are 2 models available for this range: HME and KME.
HME
These vertical sump pumps are ideally suitable for pumping solutions with solids because they are constructed with a cantilever shaft and with no vapour dry seal, also no part is in contact with the fluid pumped. They are designed to function either in fixed installations with pump body immersed in basins, tanks, collecting wells, reservoirs. or with pump body outside of the tank, requires in the latter case addition of an auxiliary discharge connection pipe between pumps’ column and tank. The standard column lengths are 275 mm and 450 mm.
Capacity: up to 50m3/h
Motor powers: kW 0,25 : 7,5
Wetted parts: PP, PVDF.
KME
They are vertical axis pumps, monoblock and with column and pump casing immersed. The lengths are between 600 and 1500 mm and have a terminal guide of the shaft close to the pump (with sliding bearings made of Ceramic Oxides and Silicon Carbide). An effective dry operating vapour seal system was made for protecting the mechanical components. IEC standardised motors can be applied. They are designed to function in fixed installations with pump body immersed in basins, tanks, collecting wells, reservoirs
Capacity: up to 50m3/h
Motor powers: kW 0,55 : 11
Wetted parts: PP, PVDF

Innovation
The pump (4) can be easily installed to the motor (1) thanks to our engineers’ invention. The couplings (2) were designed in order to get an easy opening/closing of the parts and the base plate (3) was created into two parts for easing installation and maintenance of the pump.
